01 9-5 Wagon SE, front heated seats: passenger works flawlessly, driver side will not turn off, stuck on high, my wife came home last night and was changing clothes, her but was all pink from the heat, I bought a used switch off of eBay and it works the same way, the only way to get it to turn off is to pull the fuse, is there something different I should be looking at? I guess I should try swapping in the passenger switch since it seems to work right.

You could check regulator by changing them from left to right. There are NTC thermistors one on each seat. It is possible fault. You can measure this using DMM. Valid values are roughly 1kohm depending of temperature. Check out my pictures from broken and repaired seat. The heater element resistance is very low, about 1 ohm.
