Short of replacing... is there any way to remove/successfully mask scratches accumulated on alloy rims?

If not-- what is a ballpark estimate to replace the rims/wheels on an '04 9-5 Aero?

Look in your Yellow Pages under 'wheels' and you will likely find shops that specialise in wheel refinishing.

I know we have one shop here with a computer controlled lathe that can actually cut a few thousandths of an inch off the face of the wheel to remove deep scratches and gouges - then they refinish like new.
