So a GM dealership probably wouldn't be able to do anything to the car. Is there any way to put the top up and down manually? And if so how do you do it. I know the owner's manual shows how to put it up, but what about down. Can I just do all of the steps in reverse? Once again, thanks.

Is the the GM tech II tool the same as a Saab Tech II tool?
I have a 1995 900 se. The top doesn't work. Now what I want to know is if I hook the car up to a tech II tool will it be able to tell me EXACTLY which motor is f-ed up, or what I need to fix. I just need a yes or no on both questions. Thanks for the help.
