Saab 95 1.9 tid 2006 problem

Hi everybody. I own a SAAB 95 1.9 TID 150 hp 2006 and I have a problem. The turbo was rectified and now the lost most of it's power. It smokes a lot and the consume has increased 2L/100km.

Can you help me to understand what is the problem?
