I heard something about "silicon grease", but amazon has no such product and unless Jeff Bezos approves I'm not on board

Anyone know any other way to protect from rot/leaking/breakdown?

Yes the owner's manual says to apply "silicone grease", but I have not found either.

Silicon spray is used on rubber mouldings to keep them boyant and flexible.
I have used it on door trim and window tracks and mouldings for years.
