I just ordered the Big Snorkel that was recommended by a few people on here.. Any has pictures on how to replace it. It would help me greatly.. thanks you:cheesy:
It's super simple, but make your life easier and take the under panel off of the bottom of the car before you get started. the entire process took me 10 min.
got mine installed today, some tips for everyone going to do it:
1. Get a new 3" clamp. It will be all of like $3 at any hardware store and I promise it'll be easier than trying to deal with the current one.
2. When putting the new snorkel on, do the bottom end first. I had a bit of trouble doing it the other way.
3. Get a friend to help. They don't need to be knowledgeable but having someone to help pull the snorkel through and put the bottom guard back was invaluable.
As for what the butt dyno says, normal driving I don't notice a difference but in sport mode I think it sounds richer and i feel a hint more oomph overall.
