Hey, I have a 97 900 se and Im pretty sure my driver's side speaker is blown. So instead of trying to fix it I just decided to upgrade. I want to get an amp, new door speakers and possibly 2 10" subs. What size speakers will fit? Do you guys have any recomendations on amp,subs, or anything else? I dont really want to upgrade the deck. If I have to I want to go with a touch screen kinda thing.

I'd say the new alpine touch screen head unit. It has a feature were the virtual buttons actually have a feeling to them, like your actually pressing it. And right now have Rockford P2's in my trunk, and an Xplod amp....Its actualy a really good setup.....for not the much money either

I think one JL w7 or OZ audio 12 inch sub will sound just as good as 2 10's and will take up less space.
I'm not sure about the speakers, someone else will prolly let you know....


Are you gonna be installing all this yourslef?

Im not to sure yet if im going to be installing it myself. It depends on what it costs for someone else to install it.
