Hi all,
i can not seem to find this anywhere.

My car failed inspection because the rear right fog light is out on the passenger side. I have a 2006 9-3 2.0T wagon.

There a two felt panels inside the trunk, both of which i have removed. The large panel on the drivers side and the small panel on the passenger side. Within the panel on the drivers side there are these white plastic tabs which unscrew. They each hold a bulb.

On the passenger side there are the same looking tabs except for the fog light (the bottom light). So i am not sure if there is even a bulb inside the housing and if there is, i dont see how to replace it.

What am i missing? Any idea how i remedy this?

Thanks
andy

I'm confused how how it failed inspection if u live in Mass. We don't have rear foglight laws here like in Europe. New York has really strict inspection standards, and they never check my rear fog light. Are rear fogs a law in your state?
