The radio tray must be removed to access two screws holding the dashboard. The tray has four bumpouts, two on the topside and two on the bottomside which engage depressions in the dash. You need four ordinary table knives. Insert a blade between tray and the dash, and work it around so that the blade is between the bumpout and the dash. After you have the four blades in place, grab the tray and pull it out. Mine came out readily and with no damage.
