I looked into this for another car a couple (3?) years ago and the cost was more than I wanted to spend - I think more than $100. I ended up making do with a really good aftermarket cover.

For the Saab, I might spend the cash if I couldn't find a good used wheel.

Wheelskins has some really nice wheelcovers that you stitch on. They look great, and they run around $30 or $40. Kevin Yankton had his NG900 steering wheel recovered in perforated leather. You might e-mail him and find out who he used, but I'm sure it wasn't cheap.

I want to get one of those Wheelskins covers - do they look and fit good?
