Your car do have 18mm sway bar.

2004 9-3 Arc Convertible standard suspension
I'm replacing the bushings on my sway bar and thought that all 9-3 convertibles had the 19mm rear sway bar, but mine definitely has the 18mm on it. I don't have plans to replace the bar soon but just wanted to make sure I had at least the OEM bar.
It does have the 25.2mm front sway bar.
Additionally anyone have experience with the Powerflex vs standard rubber bushings for the sway bars.
