I was bleeding the brakes and I decided to check the rear suspension because I have been hearing alot of clunking coming from the rear suspension. Whats going on here;

I don't see anything wrong there that jumps out at me, but side views & closeups from there of bushings might tell you more. T

The bushing on your cross-torsion-bar (EPC call it a "stay") looks like it might be pretty frazzled, though.
