The rear fog light (singular) for left hand drive vehicles is the inner tail light lens on the left side. It lights up (by itself) bright (as if you had hit the brake) and stays on, that's the foglight. It's only one light so that other drivers don't get it confused with your brake lights. On my gauge cluster it's amber, that's correct.

Ok here is the normally non lit side of mine, ( I installed '08+ taillights on my '03 but yours will be same same only red lenses)

Off with tailights on, No brakes

On with tail lights on, no brakes.

The '08 lights are nice. Do you know if they would fit on a '04 vert?

Only if they are following closer than the Legal 2 seconds. When I reach down and push tha butteon it instantly creates more space between me and the mothbreather behind me. They areent fog lights, they are " maintain yer darn stopping distance" lights.

i take it by this statement you mean the warning light in the dash cluster,to tell you that the rear fogs are on..

not used my fogs for a while, pretty sure the warning light on the dash is amber also...

I like to use mine when its foggy out or when the conditions are just ****ty, I've always wanted to see what it looks like from another car with the same conditions...
