Hello All,

I am in the market for a used car and have always enjoyed Saab's. I had friends who have owned them and a family member. I never heard complaints, but this was a long time ago. I was looking at either a '97 900S or 900SE Turbo. They both have aroiund 130k miles on them and both are around $2,500-3,000. Is there anything I should know beforehand? How reliable are they? Any quirks? How about the Turbo? Any information is much appreciated.

Thanks,
~K

97 and 98 are the better years, leather seems to last longer, brakes are more friendly. And the engine management is tune friendly, unlike 00 and up cars.

The turbo S is a rare car, but only offered in 98. The 97 900se turbo will be a spectacular car.
