I have a question that I hope that you can answer. I have a 1989 Saab Turbo 4 door. I've had it for two years. I just noticed under the hood that there is a part that says "Siren" and it looks like a siren. What is it for? Is it an alarm siren? Do you know what models that it goes with since if I am not going to use it I may remove it and sell it. If you cannot answer my questions, can you direct me to somewhere that I can get these answers from? Thanks for your help.

If the control box is not under the back seat try looking under the front speaker grills, mine was under the passenger side grill.

I wouldn't take it out, they are not really worth anything and the next owner may want it if you ever sell the car.
