When I turn my key on I have no fuel pressure but the car still starts but runs rough there is no fuel pressure in the fuel rail there is no fuel filter the fuel pump turns on but I still don't have no pressure

Replace fuel pump. When you put the key in Acc do you hear the fuel pump whine?

I replaced the fuel pump like six months ago and as of now i am having fuel pressure, now its saying that i have multiple cylinder misfires

Hmmm. Alot of variables then. Did you use a quality brand fuel pump? There could be a clog from debris in the fuel line that got in during the replacement process. What gave you the codes for the cylinder misfire..was a Tech 2 used..or a generic code reader?

It was a generic one but i also have this car doctor thing that i bought from my cell phone company that you plug into your obd port and it tells you whats wrong with the car and your last trip and everything, so its constantly telling me what is wrong with the car, i have tsken the car to multiple shops around my house, one place told me that i needed an ignition control module, and then this last place i took it autobahn specialist, i called him and told him what kind of car it was and he said bring it on down and we'll get you all squared away, so i brought all the codes it was popping up and he said he didnt care so then he said it would cost 130 bucks an hour to hook it up to thier machine. He then tells me all the codes that popped up and they were exactly the same codes i had written down, he wanted to charge me 288 dollars cuz it was in there for a little over an hour but he felt bad for me so he was only going to charge me 140 and then he tells me oh we quit working on saabs and there is only two places in washington that work on saabs anymore and they are over fifty miles from where i live

Which spark plugs (brand etc)?
Which coils (only original will work)?

Ngk spark plugs and i have the black coil packs

Specify spark plugs and coils.
NGK is manufacturer which make a lot of spark plugs to many engines.
Black is color.

You've got the wrong coil/s fitted,P0340 is a camshaft sensor code which the B207 engine doesn't have..This code appears with non oe coil/s..
