Bought a set of old new stock paddle shifters for 9-3 2003-2005 and they will not work even after adding them throught CIM and Accsessories on the Tech2..
I got a 2003 207L Linear with the FA57 5 speed sentronic...




Not supersteady on the Tech2 but anybody got any pointers?

Hmmm, I had no issue adding to my 2003 Linear with tech2. Did you make sure they were plugged in? Perhaps the wiring got pinched? Do the radio buttons (volume, seek, etc..) still work?

Volume,seek..etc works fine..

I was thinking that maybe something got pinched or squashed when I put the airbag back in...

But as far as to to add the with T2 is there any I may have done wrong..?

That's it. You have to move shifter over to manual mode for them to work.

You can check all SWB buttons with TECH2. It will show buttons pressed/released.

I have to ask why you would do this? My paddle shifters take forever to change once pressed, Thay seem a little pointless. I recken the car is quicker using "D".
Apprently this was improved in later models?

I might see the satisfaction in getting them to work 10 times bigger than the practical usefulness of It all...

On second thought , I am sure it makes the car go faster...just like my red paint
