I found forum , one guy had the same problem as I do.
(When I run my car hard like accerating from a stop up through 4th gear. After that I had no power steering until I let the car idle for like 3 minutes. It also seems that it does not work well at idle...if I rev the car up to 1500 rpm the power steering works fine. )
I have 2002 aero with 74000 miles on it.
My car does exacly the same thing but, I just replaced pump and put that syntetic fluid and It made it worst.
I bleed the system. My old pump was making noise almoust all the time, and some times at low rpms was craiting no pressure.
I should get another pump by the end of this week , hopefully that is fix my problem.
what is that problem with steering rack, and is it pain to fix it?
