Planning a Stage 3 tune - 2002 9-5 Aero

I'm planning a Stage 3tune on my 2002 9-5 Aero. I was curious if anyone had recommendations on a Stage 3 clutch and a performance down pipe. What are the best brands for the price? Also the best sites to purchase from. Or really any recommendations in general. Thanks!
