I purchased a 2006 9-3 Arc that runs great; but it won't boost. When I attempt to accelerate heavily, the car pops, and throws a check engine light. The codes p0201, 02, 03, 04, injector circuits open, and p0245 - turbocharger wastegate solenoid (A) low are displayed. This usually points to malfunctioning ECM, which I replaced; but the problem is still there.
I would greatly appreciate some help with this issue.

Was the ECU used? If so, it could be bad as well. Lots of ebay sellers just keep reselling them after people send them back.

That "is" a possibility. This one is used. It's a bit unusual though, for the units to display identical codes. There's also the possibility that something went wrong in the cloning process.
