Does anyone know of a performance cone type filter (with no filter box) for the Lucas injection? Is it possible to reposition the AMM meter and fit a filter meant for the Bosch injection?

That looks great Kaas, i have something similar but i used a honda air box which faces the front of car using a K&N filter.

Have you ever though about moving the air pipe more to the front for cooler air?

Hi mate, yes I have been thinking of making another inlet pipe with is bigger, then have a reduce pice about the turbo! That would say 3" all the way to the turbo! But I dont know if I shall put in the front or where the APC box is!

I guess the K+N will work but I still have the standard intercooler so really need a cold air supply.

The speedparts one looks good with an air intake from the wing area but is for the Bosch system. If the AMM can be mounted horizontally like the Bosch one it should be possible to get it to fit.
The other option would be to use a hole cutter on the inner wing and fit an elbow on the AMM, too tight for space though I think.

I know what you meen mate, but the bosch AMM has a smaller in and outlet, the lucas is bigger! You can do that as the speedparts system, but you have to make your pipes your self, like I will! Get the reducer
like the one from speedparts, and install it by the turbo, then get a 3" "76 mm" pipe from the reducer to the place you will have the AMM, then another 3" pipe from the AMM to your filter place, like the inderwing!
