Did anyone else's log in to Orio change? Suddenly it's not loading up like it used to. Now when we try to hook up to SPS, the download/run has to be manually opened and then come up with the message "Server Process Failed". Tech 2 to computer works fine...
Maybe they are doing a software update? Does anyone have a phone number I can call?
