Just thought I would share my recent experience with the local Saab dealer.

As the used Saab 9-5 I bought had only one key, I had to order an second key for my wife.
The dealer called to tell me it was in today. I asked how long they needed the car for to make sure the car would recognize the key. The Parts Manager told me that it wasn't necessary. When I questioned him, he went further to say that once the car was locked/alarmed with the remote that the key would unlock the door but not start the car. I told him I didn't think this was true, but he said it was and I either needed to order another remote or not use the remote at all. Anyway, when I called him back with my manual in front of me and read it to him to show him he was completely wrong......all he had to say was that he would put me throught to the service department to book an appointment. "I learned something new today" was all he had to say.

Nice huh?

Doesn't seem to matter where you are in the world does it!
All main dealers actually have to do is to give good service.
where are you supposed to go if you have a serious problem?
