I purchased a VDO gauge set and with it came a sending unit for the oil pressure. Well, next question.....where do you install it. Looking at the engine it looks like it is located on the Oil Filter Housing. The fittings are not even close to this setup.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

An adapter would need to be machined to fit the sender. Good luck.

I've just fitted an oil pressure gauge using bits from a scrap Audi 100 - you'll need an adaptor to make the M10x1 thread of the sender match the M14x1.5 of the oil filter housing.

If you've got the sender unit with two terminals, G is connected to the gauge and WK is the warning light terminal.
