I have a 91 Saab 900 with extensive corrosion on the rear braking system, which needs a complete overhaul. So far, whilst taking it apart, I have found som nuts that appear to be AF, and some metric. No doubt this is due to the corrosion.

Could some kind soul tell me what sizes I should be looking to obtain. I am particularly interested in the following:

Hose securing nuts:

Caliper bolts:

Caliper support bolts:

Bleed nipples:

Many thanks

Steve- Whats AF? Yer Saab should be all metric. I have found fractional fasteners on a few Saabs but they were all left by some artful bodgers.

AF is Across Flats, an old imperial system still used in many applications in UK. Expected Saab to be metric, but things are so corroded in the brake system I was not sure. Most nuts are yielding better to AF sockets/spanners, but that probably is an indication of how bad the corrosion is.

Thanks for the help
