I'd like to give you one more chance to contact me on the issue I've had with my recent order. I have called, emailed and requested a phone call and have still not received any contact from your customer service department. I have spent lots of money with you guys and have done nothing but praise your company.

someone needs to call me please you can't leave me hanging like this. I work in customer service and I would never leave an upset customer hanging in the wind.

*update* had to call. problem is (hopefully) getting resolved....
