I am trying to get an emissions done on my 99 Saab 2.3t, and I have done a drive cycle, about 250 miles worth, and there is still no communication with the computer. The car drives great, except for the P0300. I am still trying to resolve that issue. Anybody have any idea why the computer is not communicating through the DTC port, but the car runs great? It was working a few weeks ago, not nothing.

Are you saying that the ODB II reader was able to connect in the past, but now it can't connect?

Make sure none of the pins has been pushed out of the car's socket.

Yes, and all pins are good to go...
