I have posted hear (and read others) about walking up to the car and the car not being recognized by the car. This required prying out the cap insert from the door lock and then putting the key into the ignition. Once this was done the key would work again. I had stopped by the dealer to have them change a breake light that was faulty and I mentioned to the service advisor about my key situation that had occured twice in six months. He told me that the keys were faulty and in 5 minutes I had two new keys given to me with a smile. Both new keys work great. Nothing like good service!

Glad you had good service, mine took a couple trips, before they gave me a new key.

Ditto here as well. Got two new key sets a couple of weeks ago.
