Besides the Taliaferro from GS, Krona from BCB, and OBX from eBay....we now have a guy on ebay selling his custom "DTP" downpipes:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/DTP-Turbo-Downpipe-2003-2008-Saab-9-3-SS-Sedan-SC-Combi-2-0L-Sport-obx-gs-krona-/221714459891

$355 shipped(at least to my zip). Its a bit more crude than GS and Krona, doesn't have the exhaust hanger hooks, have to pay more for a racecat. It doesn't have the second cat delete pip for post 2007 cars like Krona. I imagine that if you had him add the hooks (would he know where they go), racecat, and an extra pipe for the second cat delete that you would equal the cost of the other two more refined options (GS/BCB). But one thing is for sure....the more options there are the better.

Thoughts?

seems like a lesser version of OBX for more money.

For me, I'm monitoring the BCB facebook page waiting for the next % off coupon then going for the Krona. Its seems really well made and is the only truly painless plug-in-and-play option for those of us with the second cat.

I'm not overly impressed by the look of those welds, the GS pipe is really a piece of art. I couldn't believe the quality when I bought mine, that thing should outlast the car. Lol.

DIY Welds

Looks like around $80-100 bucks in material (I've priced out pipe sections to do the same with my MIG welder); no high flow cat, no hangers... Welds look pretty sloppy, if it was around $150 I'd say go for it. This guy is charging way to much for some marginal looking welds.
