Hi all,

2003 9-5 aero estate.

Rear shocks soft and leaking.
Rear springs soft ( low rear ride height)
Rear bushes are bushed!
So I will be rebuilding the rear suspension.

Have bought poly bush for the trailing arm, and new bushes for all the other arms in the back.
Looking for suggestions for shocks. Was looking at blistein b4's.
Or the Pfs standard replacement.
I am happy with the standard sport suspension.
Anyone have experience with these?

Also looking to bolster up the sagging rear suspension.
Anyone know of good hd rear springs?

Thanks,

Mike.

I cannot give enough praise to having Aero springs and Koni FSDs. Yes, it preserves the stock ride height - so it isn't for those that want a little drop (or a lot of slam).

I'm doing my bushes this weekend, so I can't comment until after driving around on them next week.

I put in Bilstein HDs with my stock lpt springs back in May and it has been a great upgrade. Car is still at the stock height and it really handles well now. Better than it ever did brand new.

These bilsteins would match aero springs even better, as the softer lpt springs cause a bit ofoverdamping.
