I have a 2003 Saab 9-3 2.0t. The turbo isn’t spoiling all the way. Only to about half. Help would be greatly appreciated. Need to know what to look at and where. Thanks in advanced.

If thats the only code, then check power supply at pin 1 of the boost pressure solenoid at the top of the waste-gate with the ignition ON, if power is there then replace the charge air solenoid, This is the part number 12787706.
