Need help diagnosing door lock issue

Hello I have a 2004 saab 9-3 aero. I'm having issues locking the doors. The car used to lock and unlock with the remote but now it doesn't. Also when I hit the lock button in the car none of the doors lock but they do unlock. I have to manually push down each lock except for on the drivers door it won't physically let me push the lock down, I have to close the door and use the key to manually lock that one.

Does anyone know what could have cause this issue? Any help would greatly be appreciated
