Saabless,
Don't know about "Great Dealer" but I bought mine at B&B Saab in Santa Clara back in '03. I also go there for all my warranty service. So far they have taken cared of all my issues including providing a loaner car.
Good luck!

Bought 2004 SS Arc from Dirito Bros. in Walnut Creek. Great experience.

Dirito's also performed my 30-day, including aux-in activation and ROW DRL. I printed out the instructions and gave them to the tech. Also did 15,000 mile oil change their. Loaner yes, problems no!!

A new Saab dealer opened in Pleasanton. Much closer to home for me. I went there for the seat-belt recall. NO problem and had a loaner.

Take your pick.

B&b

I have also used B&B off and on over the last 18 years for four different Saabs (Sonnett, 900, 9000, 9-3). Their service dept is OK in terms of getting the job done and low BS factor. I have bought 2 cars from them (the 9000 and the 9-3) and found them to be straight-forward and honest. They also own Burlingame Saab.

Sounds great guys. I heard a lot of good things about Dirito and I drive a VW right now. When I trade it in i hope they give me a little more than what edmunds says. B&B and Burlingame are far for me now since I moved to the east bay. Thanks a lot fellow Saabists from da Bay!!!

I haven't been entirely happy with Burlingame Saab. I think it's pretty much a GM policy to not do repairs on TB items unless they're broken. So, they refused my hand brake fix until it actually locks up, they wouldn't give me any $ break on getting an iPod install done even though they were already replacing a busted 6 CD changer on the same day. So, yes, for me they've just been ok.

PS - I heard that Ellis Brooks in SF is selling Saab now and doing repairs. Anyone have any experience with them. Would be nice to have someone in the city instead of having to trek down to Burlingame.
