I'm trying to put the finishing touches on a project someone else started. I'm reconnecting the wiring harness on a '95 V-6 and I have this 16 pin connector on the fuel injector wiring harness that I'm not sure where it goes. Is there a control module that mounts in the bracket above the ignition module? I'm wondering if the fuel control module has grown legs and vanished, and thus the "extra" connector with no place to go.

Thanks for any insight,
John

I thought that all the electronic modules were located in a cool, dry, safe place - the cabin of the vehicle...

Harnesses are usually routed in a well protected ,orderly fashion - this may help you find the other end..
On this site, we have great pics of the I4 engine compartment, the V6, I do not know about..

Cable ties - a great invention...

OK - I found the other end of the connector buried in in the vehicle harness. At first glance, I thought it was connected to something else - it was tie wrapped to a bracket that had been dismounted from the engine.
