few days a go i cam back from a long vacation, my car has been sitting for almost 40 days,
next thing i have noticed was a swimming pool on the passenger seat floor.
i dismantled that side and found out that the water is leaking from the heat exchange unit from the heater box,
first thing i did was clearing the drain, which helped a bit, but now i still bet about 3-4 liters of boiling hot clear water a day.
and i dont know what to do:cry::cry::cry:

If it's clear water and not coolant it has to be from outside the car like rain. Plenty of threads on how to deal with that.

Of course that assumes you are not running pure water as coolant.

OK but you say water is hot. AC condensate would be cold in most situations unless the condensate is getting heated somehow. I would check the AC condensate drain anyway to be sure it is clear. Is AC working OK? All fan speeds working?

AC is working and most water comes from behind the heater that's why it's hot . When I move the heater core water just pours out . I have cleared the drain 2 days ago but water kept coming . Today I cleared it again

My guess is that the area just ahead of your windshield/back edge of the engine compartment (where the air intake for the heater/AC is, under the plastic shield), has filled with rainwater because of blocked drainage or something - and now that accumulated water is leaking into the heater via the air intake/cabin filter.

If your coolant is not going down, it HAS to be rainwater, and that's the only way for it to get into the car.

Guys that's the confusing thing ...
I live in Qatar. It haven't rained in 8 months .
One thing is sure water is accumulating from somewhere just can't figure out where .
The drain in front of the filter is clear I already checked it.
But my entire heater box seems to be full of water .

Water has to come from somewhere. If it's not coolant (and your coolant level isn't going down), it has to be either condensate from the AC, rainwater, or water from a car wash. No other options, it has to be one of those.

From what you have said, it seems that the only option left is your AC (the drain for condensate is plugged). I can't see any other possibility.

On our 9-3, I have had to deal with rain getting in around the cabin air filter - used a pile of silicone to fix that as recommended elsewhere on the forums. I have also had a plugged AC drain on my 9-5, but not on the 9-3 (yet). Both issues caused wet carpets...

id say it must be from the condensate as it ever flowing, and never stops . as in every time i drive, however i tried to clean the drain with air few days, AND INDEED IT WAS BLOCKED, LOTS OF WATER CAME OUT BUT PROBLEM PERSISTED,
yesterday i cleared it again, but nothing came till i actually got home and parked the car then a pool of water appeared under the car this morning water was minimal, ill check on it later to see it more had leaded out.

so i had the car resting the whole day yesterday,
this morning is i get in to go to work i discovered that the AC is not working at all, as in no air is blowing, now it can be something as simple as a burned fuse (which i doubt) blower motor or god knows what else.:x:x:x:x:x

The problem is the water. When water collects in your heater housing (whether from leaking rainwater or AC condensate) it eventually collects in the bottom of the blower motor housing and shorts it out. It just stops working. Happened to me when rainwater was getting in around the cabin filter. Floor got wet, then the fan stopped blowing...

Yes you may need a new blower motor (but check fuses first). Take the blower motor out and dry it out - it might be salvageable.

You need to figure out the source of the water before you fix/replace the motor.

so now after a week of having the issue i have no doubt that it is the water from the Ac, cos there is no water coming out of the drain,
i tried air blowing it, cleaning it with a wire, and still nothing,
so now the question is how to get to the other end of the drain from inside the car, i need to see how i can get to it from the inside,
as for the blower, well lets say it just needed a small push, its working fine.
