I would mix it up:

MP or GenSaab 22mm Rear Sway Bar $90
MP Steering rack clamp & brace $150
SMBC $50
DIY 3" Intake with K&N filter $50 or some other intake
Save the rest for 17" wheels & tires or better exhaust.

Double ditto. These first mods will tighten the car's handling A LOT and will unleash some ponies you didn't know you had. This way, you can mod slowly and bring your car up to the point where you'll do all the hardware mods you can do...

Look back at some of Rico's posts. He did it exactly the same way....

Is that high school grad money?

If so please put away atleast 500 for college, unless you plan on working your first semester, having some money to go away with is awsome. I did that and was able to do whatever and meet alot of cool people because of it.

Good advice...

Keep that $600 budget and do those suspension mods and the SMBC hat Ice Man and others mentioned...you'll have a great handling, fast-azz car and some bucks left in the bizz-ank...
