:x Please help, am a proud owner of 1994 saab 900 se auto v6. Car overheated a while ago due to radiator cooling fan failure. Allowed engine to cool and added lost coolant and replaced the fan. A year after another overheating took place which was due to a weak water hose, this was replaced and things was ok until resently I noticed a mixture of water and oil. Head gasket was changed and for a few days things seems ok until I discovered a mixture of water and oil again. After an exhaustive investigation it was found out that the oil cooler had some tiny holes hence leaking oil into the water. A new oil cooler and head gasket were replaced and all bolts tightened to specification. Engine oil and filter changed and coolant replaced. Water and oil stil mixing. What could be the problem ?
