I've read mention of a process to marry/divorce/marry an undivorced DICE unit but can't seem to find the actual procedure anywhere.

I've got an 06 9-5 Aero and I am attempting to marry an undivorced DICE unit with T2.

To be clear, it is the same DICE unit but the (Ebay) unit still shows the VIN/info of the previous vehicle.

Is it similar to process required with undivorced head unit?

IE:

"Select F0: Diagnostics
Select Model year
Select Vehicle Type
Select F3: Body
Select DICE → Establishing Communications
Select Programming
Change the vehicle's VIN number in the DICE module to the VIN number of the car that the radio came from.
Enter type of sound system (i.e. Prestige/Premier Entertainment System)
Select Programming
Select Marriage/Divorce
Change it to divorce. The line should update, that the radio should not be divorced.
Select DICE, and change your VIN back to the VIN for your car
Back to the radio
Select Programming
Select Marriage/Divorce and change it to Married, the line should update to show Married.
Exit out of the Tech2, cycle the key off and back on, and the radio should work."

I am going to try that process and see if there are similar options but thought it prudent to ask, while I do so.

Thank in advance.

The answer is apparently yes, sort of.

I was able to go in and manually change the VIN to the current vehicle.
In the process there was no option for "Marry/Divorce"
