I can't guarantee they are the same (but I think they are) but my 02 calls for 80 Ft-Lbs one the lugs.

I did find this:
New Generation (NG900 or GM900, 9-3, 9-5)



900 models 1995-98 80 ft-lbs (Steel Wheels)

900 models 1995-98 85 ft-lbs (Aluminum Wheels)



Saab 9-3 / 9-5 1999-03 80 ft-lbs

75 to 85 ft lbs with a little dab of anti-seize on the metal contacts..

And in sequence..

Is your torque wrench calibrated ?? :cheesy:

When the wheel is pulled, one should check the other screws to see if they are seized in place...
