Soo, after seeing bratboy successfully install our b207r into the supercharged balt ss and my excess of free time due to a broken back and not much else to do I've been looking at mods that may work on our car. I think some of these with the addition of an ECU flash may be a nice way to broaden our aftermarket options for the Saab 9-3 2.0t/T

Lightweight crank pulley. In the import world a lot of people use these lightweight pullies (crank, amp, etc) to lighten the rotating mass of the engine. What does this do.. frees up a few ponies but more importantly a lighter rotating mass which means faster spool-up on the turbo.

More expensive mods from Hahn Racing. Upgraded intake/exhaust manifolds.. etc I prob wouldn't spend this much but..

go to individual components..
compcams for the 2.0 ecotec

thought that tuners may be able to adjust their tunes for the durations on these cams

Anyway I was really just looking to get a conversation started more than anything. There are a lot of other parts I was looking at but these are just a few off the top of my head that may work.

What does everyone think?

Can't click through the links either and I don't have any insights but I am subscribing because it would be cool if there were some other mods available that might free up some more power to the wheels.

crank pulley is pointless, so is the alternator one, the pulley is not balanced, so after a while it will leak. I ran one for a while aswell, the alternator one you prob won't have a problem with.

the intake manifold from Hahn, TTR, and other vendors are designed for big turbo swap. Our stock manifold had proven to be perfectly fine for 400+hp

cams for the LSJ a are designed for bigger than td04 turbos, so they might not be the perfect match for a small turbo

I'm surpised you had such bad luck with this pulley on the 9-3. They were a pretty decent and albeit a slightly cheaper mod on my old car. Always good for an insignificant amount of power but better spool on both my supercharger and the turbo later on. What about that hahn exhaust manifold?
