Has anyone encountered problems when lowering their car and not replacing thier stock shocks.

its also the only time ive ever felt travel sick when actually being in charge of a vehicle .

For under $700 you can have springs-shocks so why not replace it all?

I would say that you really should wait until you can offord shocks and springs at the same time. Otherwise you will have a bouncy ride and if you decide to do shocks later you will have to do basically the same install twice. Its not worth it. I have Eibach's and Bilstein's and they were very reasonably priced and are excellent.
