I got taken on a vehicle. Bought 95 saab conv turbo 4 cyl. ran fine. the guy changed to ignition cassette cause he said its running rough.

2 days later idles really rough. put some lucas in tank, ran better, now rough again. Took it to saab mech and said 2 cyl had only 30 compression.

It drives pretty good at higher speeds. idle is bad and wants to stall.

Is there anything i can do to increase compression? other than a head job?

It baffles me that it could go from good to bad to good to bad running.

Ouch! I have bad compression too I believe my compression is 130-140-175-175

I think you might be in the wrong forum though considering your model. I don't know any solutions but PM me if you have any breakthroughs! Goodluck!
