Hi, I have a 2000 9-3 with 110,000 miles. I was wondering, whenever my wheel is cut to the right no matter how slightly, theres a clunking noise coming from the front right it seems, faster i go the faster it goes, but I can't feel it at all. And its not the tires. Any ideas?

A click-click from rotational forces would be a worn CV joint.
A clack-clack is from a completely worn and dry CV.
A "clunk" would be from a worn bushing.
The joint, new, from a dealer, labor and all will be $$$$.$$
Most everyone goes for a "rebuilt drive axle assembly" for $$.$$.
In 1968, the price at the dealer was $30.69 for a new joint, plus $9(one hour) to install.
Can we say inflation, or greed, or both?
In truth, the joints and boots are better, but the task is much more difficult.

I'm curious: did you tell them that was the problem and to change it, or did they tell you that was the problem and it should be changed? Just curious who determined that was the problem... Ron

Well, at first my car would buck at WOT, and the CV joint they reccomended to changed fixed that. So it was there decision to change the CV joint, and the noise was there before and after
