Not the most flattering angle for a 9-5 but I was just heading back to the car this morning after parking up for a few minutes. The sun came out briefly and it showed off the Espresso Black. You don't often see it. Usually the car looks various shades of grey. So here you go.

^^ Espresso Black is such a cool and unique color, looks anywhere from gray to purple to brown to black depending on lighting. Right up there with Glacier Blue and Graphite Green as the best colors for the 9-5 IMO.

According to this site and the door sticker it's 289 and interestingly is listed as pearlescent. I don't think the paintwork has had much pampering previously so I've a few more panels to do with the clay mitt/SRP/wax but it certainly makes a difference. Definitely more "pop" in the sunlight now.

:edit:

Off topic but same wheels as mine by the looks of it. Any idea what size the centre caps are? Going to try cleaning mine up but might need new ones.

On my (factory settings) iPad the colour swatches don’t reproduce very well at all on that site. So here’s another site with photos. Wheels database as well.

Thanks guys.

Regarding the center caps I bought these, I think they go much better with a black car then the blue ones do.
