My friend have done few bus insulators for ng 9-3 headlights, high beams, fog lights and rear lights (inc licence plate lights).
I (and my friend) have tested these with great success. No warnings, no flickering etc.just works without issues and insulator will NOT slow down led.
PCB is 20*30mm and it fits in headlight housing and it simply connect between led (bulb) and light wires.

You need 1 insulator/led.
Insulator price is 40 EUR/pc or 70 EUR/pair inc shipping in envelope (taxes/ customs fees etc not include).
