key not recognized

Help! Just got a 2010 slavage 9-3 sedan. Disconnected battery to work on airbag system. reconnected battery and now the key is not recognized. everything worked prior to disconnect. What happened, what do I do now. I am new to this and just joined today. thanks for any suggestions, help:cry:

Sounds like you didn't get everything hooked up correctly. Have you resynched fobs a few times? Put it in and out of ISM a few times.
