I just got my I-flash cable in the mail and downloaded the needed software, yet when I go to open it, it tell me "the software is expired and you need to contact your software provider"??? What do I do to solve this? PLEASE HELP

You need to disable signature driver enforcement before downloading the software in windows if you have windows 8 or above. Just google 'disable signature driver enforcement' There are other instructions on the jzw web site for downloading the xd code and pairing the cable to your car.

Try here, I think I had to DL the x code link the. The Iflash GM link and it fired up fine
