if your car has the 16 pin DLC under the steering colomn you should be able to see it, if not look under the drivers seat cross member (under the flap of carpet) to see if there are 2 DLCs one green and one black if you have them then you do not have OBD 11

thanks, but i have looked into this a little more and i think i might be looking for something different?

i have been told that to install a satnav base i need an ISO connector in the wiring, presumably on the stereo. i have a diff car with a transferable satnav thing and want to set it up in the saab - i can get a suction cup for the windscreen but it conjurs up just one word....mini-cab......:D
