Hooked up fuel pressure guage off fuel rail today. solid 35psi startup and idle. I go WOT and it jumps to 55~60psi then drops down to 45psi.

Is that too hight for a 3bar FPR?

It's either FPR, Fuel Filter or Fuel pump

Anyone test their Fuel pressure at WOT?

Are you actually "flooring" the engine as you observe the pressure ?
I do not think this is a good test....
Obviously the pump is good, the fuel filter is a service item and the regulator should be OK.
Use your vacuum pump with gage to check this out, to be certain. If this leaks a little gas , it will upset the smoothness of operation and the MPG.
I think that when the engine is raced, the pressure will increase faster than the system can adjust it...This time will only be a second or three..
