Hi guys,

I know you have mentioned this topic before but I want to clarify. I want to buy an Ipod connecter but I was hoping I would be able to change the song by using the steering wheel buttons. Please don't tell me to search it, I want to be able to purchase and install by wed. for a long road trip.

The AuxIn doesn't have the capability short of using 3rd party controls on your steering wheel.

if you want to control your ipod via the steering wheel remote, what you're gonna need is the Dension Gateway 500.it costs (at the cheapest I've seen) £265 for the kit alone and then you will need it installed. From what i have read, it will only work if you have the ICM2 or 3 head unit and then you can see tracks etc on the display as well as control via steering wheel.

I am on the hunt for one going cheaper than that (probably used or graded)
